Solution: The Internet is not perfect, and sometimes the links between two parties are down. Often you can retry in a few minutes, a few hours, or a day and the communications links will re-establish. Alternately, you can use another card.

Delivery Issue: Not clicking on the down-load link at the bottom of the email acknowledging a successful purchase.

Solution: The ebook downloads when the link at the bottom of the acknowledge page is clicked. This is what the link looks like "Download URL for Snubber-PDF.pdf is: http://dl.kagi.com/6FFZT?very-long-stream-of-random-characters" The long string of random numbers is uniquely assigned to each purchase for security reasons. Click on the download link at the bottom of the confirmation email to download the ebook.

Post Ordering Issues

Viewing File Issue: Could not open file.

Solution: The file opens in the free Adobe Reader. Downloading and opening the file in the reader solved the problem. Most computers already have this program but you can always download the latest version on the Adobe website. Download the free Adobe Reader here.
